Vision
Legacy Development is building a carefully curated collection of luxury vacation retreats across the United States. As the portfolio grows, we intend to introduce fractional ownership opportunities — allowing more families to enjoy exceptional destinations while preserving the quality and exclusivity that define the Legacy experience.
This is not a resort program and not a timeshare. It is a considered introduction of a small number of qualified households into homes that would otherwise trade privately at nine figures.
